Last updated 7 September 2026. Necessary storage, cookieless analytics and your privacy choices.

### 1. About this notice

This notice applies to audun.co and the Norwegian payment and login services we link to. Audun Collection AS, organisation number 937 848 293, is responsible for the website. Contact us at [hello@audun.co](mailto:hello@audun.co) or Møllergata 6, 0179 Oslo, Norway.

Cookies are small values stored by your browser for a website. We use necessary storage for security, access, login and privacy choices. Landing-page analytics does not use analytics cookies or analytics identifiers stored in your browser.

### 2. On the public website

You can read our website, payment terms and privacy statement without logging in. We do not use advertising pixels, session recordings or a language-preference cookie on audun.co.

We use PostHog, Inc. for cookieless analytics on the Norwegian landing page and its English version. We measure pageviews, referring websites, campaigns and clicks on demo-booking and email-contact links, together with language, browser and device type. Our purpose is to understand and improve the landing page. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in limited measurement of website usage under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). You can object and turn analytics off as described below.

PostHog receives your IP address and browser information (User-Agent) and combines these with the website and a key that changes daily to calculate a daily code. It uses this code to estimate visitor numbers and group visits and clicks within a day. The IP address and full User-Agent string are removed before analytics events are stored. The daily code and visit information are stored in the EU. We do not use a persistent browser identifier, connect this analysis to names, emails or customer data, or follow visitors across days.

We do not record form contents, payment details, case information, private URLs or location information in this analysis. Payment and login pages do not run it.

A daily cleanup requests deletion of daily analytics datasets older than 180 days. PostHog processes event deletion asynchronously, normally during its next weekly cleanup. We verify completion and retain the necessary deletion-job information until deletion is confirmed.

When a returning visitor receives this update, we remove the old analytics storage from their browser and request deletion of the earlier consent-based analytics. Temporary failures are retried. The previous scheduled deletion process continues to apply to old data.

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. It receives your IP address and the technical information needed to provide the page and prevent abuse. See our [privacy statement](/no/personvern/?lang=en), including information about providers, international transfers and your rights.

### 3. Access and login

When you log in or open a private document, necessary storage provides the access you requested.

| Use | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Private documents | Gives access to documents you requested | Up to 30 days |
| My Page and payment | Keeps you logged in | Up to 30 minutes; temporary information is removed when the tab closes |
| Customer portal language | Remembers your chosen language | Up to one year |
| Customer portal login | Keeps business users logged in | Until you log out or remove the site's storage |

This information supports the service you requested. It is not used for advertising. BankID, Vipps and other services you choose to open may use their own necessary storage on their domains. Their own privacy information applies.

### 4. Your choice

Open [analytics settings](#cookie-notice) and choose **Turn off**, or untick the checkbox and choose **Save**, to stop collection. We remember this choice for up to 180 days using a necessary setting without a visitor identifier. A previous rejection of analytics is respected during the move to cookieless. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. When one of these signals is active, it must be changed in your browser before analytics can be enabled.

You can turn analytics on again in the same place. No analytics identifier is stored in your browser while analytics is on. Deleting the opt-out setting can allow analytics to start again on a later visit unless your browser still sends an opt-out signal.

Turning cookieless analytics off stops future collection. It does not automatically delete earlier daily data: we have no persistent browser identifier that connects it to you across days. Scheduled deletion still applies. Contact us to exercise your rights or if you have information that can help us locate particular data.

You can also delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Removing login storage means you will need to log in again. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login or access to private documents. Privacy choices do not affect your right to information about a claim, to dispute it or to complain.

### 5. Questions and complaints

Write to [hello@audun.co](mailto:hello@audun.co) with questions about analytics or browser storage. You may complain to [Datatilsynet](https://www.datatilsynet.no/en/), the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, about personal data, or to [Nkom](https://nkom.no/english), the Norwegian Communications Authority, about cookies and similar technology.
